Slayer's Poetry
***
There's nothing in his eyes.
There's sadness in his eyes.
Somebody wants to live,
And someone simply cries.
But death is here for you.
And when he'll touch your chest,
You'll either get the nothing,
Or the eternal rest.
There's sadness in his eyes.
They bring the end of fate.
He says the sentence, rising
An axe above your head.
He watched the sunset and
He tried to understand.
When all of us are gone,
No one will be alone.
***
Death will put you on your knees,
Look at her in pain.
In your horror, do not pray:
This is all in vain.
Shadows of the pale hands
Strip away disguise.
You and I will die on this
Journey to the skies.
We will fall in dirt and dust,
We will decompose.
And I pray, remember us
Pricking up your nose.
***
I'll come again inside my soul,
I'll wander all its streets.
I'll see the dirt and I will know
What is it here that reeks.
The houses were built, and there
Is still some light inside.
But corpses I can see and smell
Beneath the holy sky.
And who are they, who lived and died?
Who's killed them overnight?
Won't tell the mist, won't tell the sky,
Won't tell the gloomy sight.
The streets, which once were full of life,
And now just full of grief.
And dead men's souls are watching me
As I pass by like thief.
